Debby's Hallmark began in 1984 when Debby's husband, Marty, surprised her with a little Hallmark shop he purchased called Shirley's Hallmark. Debby ran the store and Marty would come in and help after he left his full time job. Most nights the lights would still be on at 1 or 2 in the morning. Their commitment to surpassing customers expectations of service and providing their customers with the latest products in fashion and gifts is still evident today. Through their dedication they were able to grow the North Ridge location into one of the largest Hallmark stores in North Carolina occupying nearly 9,000 square feet of retail space.

​Debby's Hallmark is still a family run business today. In 1999, Debby and Marty's son, Eric, joined the business and manages the daily operations. Most days you will see Debby's grandchildren, Mae or Jackson, working in one of the stores. Our employees are the face of our business. They are caring, dependable people who enjoy helping our wonderful customers. Our managers Susan, Kim, and Marcia together have over 20 years of Hallmark experience.

Three additional North Raleigh locations have been added for your shopping convenience. Two of our locations contain a full service United States Post Office to simplify gift sending.
